If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from  tobuhub private limited and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund/replacement if requested within 5 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return,replacement and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting support@tobuhub.com or by submiting return request online on our website portal. Request of refund must be made within 5 days of the original purchase date,

Hard goods must be returned to Tobuhub private limited immediately, or do as per the instructions you will receive after contacting support@tobuhub.com or follow the steps mentioned after creating online ticket from our web portal, you have to raise request within 5 days post that no refund or replacement will be entertained.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging & with tags, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Tobuhub private limited sole, reasonable discretion. Any items found without original tags or packaging will not be allowed for 5 day replacement or refund program.

The following items are non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase on www.tobuhub.com

physical Items costing more then 4000, Items can be only exchanged if there is a problem in size.

Note – shipping charges will not be refunded in some case, like if the specific order causing loss in business due to delivery charges imposed by our partners. as charges varies from products to products and insurance plays a main role in our business which causes hike in delivery charges as our brand only sales luxury products so for customer and our business safety we have to follow strict safety norms for the product and your items safety.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting support@tobuhub.com or you may contact us on customer support number – 08069452328

Request of refund must be made within 5 days of the original purchase date to be eligible & there may be some deductions for the service charge but not more then 5 percent or rs 500 whichever is lower, and all money which we will get from you either we will use to maintain our servers or to help animals from around the globe, or it could be the labour charges.

Refund raise from customer side for annual B2B services should be made within 30 days, and those 30 days will be charged for labour cost. Please note that there will be no refund for first 30 days of annual subscription of any Tobuhub services

For any development services only partial refund will be given, if any customer asks for refund. ( refund will be granted after successful deduction of labour charges, service charges and the number of days & hours involved. )
